On arrival at Palma, you will enter the airport through one of the Modules, A, B, C, or D. Arrivals from outside the Schengen area will need to make their way to passport control. After this, it is on to the main terminal building, where you will find the baggage reclaim area. The journey from the Modules to baggage reclaim takes roughly 10 minutes. If you have arrived from a country outside the European Union, you will have to clear customs before entering the main arrivals hall, where you will find car hire desks, several shops, and restaurants.
