Please do not go to the airport if you are feeling unwell. The wearing of a face mask is no longer mandatory inside the airport building. However, depending on the airline you are flying with, you may still need to wear a face mask while on board the aircraft. For more detailed information, please also see our Covid page.
Please complete your check-in online, if possible.
The check-in and bag-drop desks can be found on level 2 of the main terminal building.
The security checkpoint is on level 4 in the main terminal.
Please make sure to double-check the requirements of the country you are travelling to and ensure that you have the correct documentation – you may not be permitted to board the plane otherwise.
There are plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops at Palma Airport. There is a big Duty-Free outlet just after security in the main terminal building, as well as several smaller Duty-Free shops near the departure gates.
There are 4 VIP lounges at Palma Airport but only 3 of these are currently open. Lounge access can be purchased in advance for a reduced price. For more information, please see our page Palma Airport VIP Lounges.
The boarding gates at Palma Airport are located in the four adjoining buildings, modules A, B, C, and D, which are easy to find. Check one of the many information screens to see which module and gate your flight will be boarding from. There are many elevators, escalators, and pedestrian conveyor belts to help you reach your gate as quickly and easily as possible, but be aware this may take up to ten minutes at busy times. People with limited mobility can request assistance, although this must be done in advance. For more detailed information, please see our Disability Assistance page.
