Palma Airport VIP Lounges
Escape the crowded airport environment – begin and end your holiday in style. Navigating a busy airport can be a stressful experience. Airport lounges provide a calm and pleasant environment – ideal for anyone who wishes to get away from the hustle and bustle and spend some time relaxing in comfort before boarding their flight.
There are five airport lounges at Palma Airport: Valldemossa, Mestral, Mediterráneo, Formentor and Llevant. Valldemossa Lounge is situated in the departures area of the main terminal building, while the others can be found in the individual departure terminals or “modules” A, B, C and D. All of the lounges are non-smoking and equipped with various amenities (see below for details). Animals are permitted in all of the lounges.

How can I access the VIP Lounges?
The lounges charge an entry fee, which can be paid at reception on arrival. Alternatively, a voucher can be purchased online using the link above. Booking in advance ensures availability and saves money, as the price at the door is considerably higher.
Wheelchair access
All the lounges are accessible to people with reduced mobility.

There is free entry for holders of airline business class tickets and associated club cards.
How long can I stay in the airport lounges?
The lounges generally have a maximum stay of four hours prior to the flight time printed on the boarding pass. In case of flight delays, the stay can be extended for the duration of the delay. During busy times, the maximum stay may be limited to three hours.
Please note
Between the 26th of March and the 7th of April 2026, a maximum stay of three hours will apply across all lounges due to high passenger volumes.

Understanding the airport layout
To make an informed choice, it is useful to understand the airport’s configuration. After clearing security in the main terminal, passengers proceed to one of four departure areas: Modules A, B, C, and D.
While your destination typically dictates which Module your flight departs from, the lounge locations are distributed as follows:
- Four dedicated lounges: One situated within each of the four Modules.
- The fifth lounge: Located in the departures area of the main terminal building.
Crucially, all lounges are accessible to all passengers, regardless of their destination or ticket class. This is particularly helpful if the lounge nearest your gate is temporarily closed.
However, if you choose a lounge outside of your departure Module, please allow ample time to reach your gate. This is especially vital for those departing from Module A, as you will need to clear passport control after leaving the main terminal area.

Valldemossa VIP Lounge
This lounge is for Schengen + non-Schengen flights.

Valldemossa Lounge is situated in the main terminal building, on level 4.

The Formentor Lounge is temporarily closed.
With an area of 750 square metres, this is the largest lounge at Palma Airport. It is for all passengers on Schengen or non-Schengen flights.
Directions:
This lounge can be found on the ground floor of Module D.
Opening times:
Every day from 5.00 am to midnight.

Llevant VIP Lounge

The Llevant Lounge is temporarily closed.
This is the newest lounge at Palma Airport. It has a size of 450 square metres and is reserved for non-Schengen flights.
Directions:
The lounge is located in the boarding area of Module A on the ground floor, opposite boarding gates A20 and A21.

Every day from 05:00 to 00:00.
