When Booking a hire car online one of the biggest fears is that you won’t be able to cancel or that you will lose the money if you do.
Unlike an airline booking, car hire through Palma airport.info will in most cases offer a free cancellation. This is usually right up until the day before your pick up.

Clients of Palma airport.info will need to check their cancelation policy for the car hire offer they select. However as policies are very similar below is a guide to the cancelation terms.
If you have booked through Palma airport.info you are personally responsible for cancelling your booking. Also you are responsible to cancel the excess insurance you may have purchased.
A full refund is offered if your booking is cancelled within 48 hours of making the booking. This applies except if your pick up is less than 48 hours away. If your booking was made less than 24 hours before the pick-up, then there is a cancellation fee.
In most cases a full cancellation refund is offered right up until 24 hours before your pick up time. This does depend on the car hire deal you selected. If it displayed ‘free cancellation’ which most do, then this applies.
If you can’t remember your car hire cancellation policy you can quickly check you booking online and easily view the short cancelation policy. If it didn’t have free cancellation then an administrative fee of approximately €20 would be charged.
If you cancel your booking with less than 24 hours before your pick up time, you will receive a refund but minus approximately €50 cancellation fee for prepaid bookings. If your online payment was less than this then no refund will apply.
Also cancellation with less than 24 hours before your pick up where the total online payment wasn’t above €50 will receive no refund.
Cancelations should be made online not with the car hire desk. If you decide to cancel at the car hire desk then you will need to cancel online directly also.

The car hire company has the right to refuse a vehicle to any customer without the correct documentation, credit card with sufficient funds for the excess. No refund will be given and this will be classed as a no show.
No refunds will be made for a no show.
